The pace and the dribbling skills of Messi and his never say die attitude to break opposition defenses, is a big bonus for
Barcelona, there is now way Barcelona can ever afford to lose
him. Whereas, Ronaldinho, despite his brilliance is a fading superstar like Beckham, he is no longer consistent, frequently gets benched, he can easily be tackled. Ronaldinho
although still remains a matchwinner (he showed his skills on
taking the free kick against Werder Bremen in a crucial Champions League match). However, i would still bet my money on Messi to win great matches for Barcelona in the long run.

in my honest opinion, there is a difference of age between the two players: Ronaldhino is from years which he playing at high standards, Messi is a new talented player, he have not yet shown all his technical performances while Ronaldinho already show all his technic and validity

I adore Messi!
I think Ronaldinho is already at the top of his phisical abilities but Messi still needs to grow, he is quite unlucky but i really hope i will stop hurt and start playing as he knows!

I prefer Ronaldinho...Messi is a kid yet...and is not so good like Aguero of Atletico of Madrid...Ronaldinho is a magician...the Show Man...not a God like Pelé...but better than MARADONA...Brazil ever

I think both of them should not have to go. They are a great team and will have a great collaboration. See, when Etoo comeback, Barca have an important winning. So Barca is a great team because of their unity, not the players.

ronaldinho, when he was a fringe player like how messi is now...he was not even known.. but messi is what about 20 years old.. look at the name he has made for himself,,, ronaldinho took a long time to establish himself in world football.. messi just needs more time.. and i have no doubt in my mind that he is the next maradonna
