i am working in a gas station having 4 employees, 2old woman and middle-aged woman.Yesterday i worked in a morning shift,i couldn't find the coffee filters so i couldn't make coffee and after that other worker(old woman) comes 1hr earlier before her shift timings,and takes out all the trash and since i am young my owner told me to change the gas price board in the cold weather giving my register to co-worker and after i am done with my shift report i have to call the owner and give the shift report, that was a bad shift so my owner scold me saying u shift is very slow and u not doing gud.is that really me who is not doing gud or the store is not doing gud and any of ur owners scold u like that? and again my owners wife calls me at nite and says u did not stock up any of the cigs(i did not stockup only 1 carton of cig)and she scolds me because my co-worker says that i don't have responsibility to take out the trash.she talks over the phone fro half an hour.Are all the owners so nasty? do everyone face so much of harassment?
