Yes I m sitting at my pc about 7 to 8 hours in a day and i have pain in Neck and Pain and also in my eyes .They are burniing sometimes.
I have problem of Survical Spondilities because of Computer.

When I used to play this game a lot which mainly only used the keyboard, I had some weird key sets for my keyboard and I would have to move my fingers in weird ways, and after a day of it I had some really bad pain in the back of my hand.

ya many people including me have that pain.experts says that we should get a break by an hour or so for at least 2 to 3 min.

i have pain in my left shoulder, it come and go, it hurts sometimes that i really cannot move, but after taking pain reliever it's gone.
the doctor said it was arthritis, so ihave to exclude, beans,chicken meat, liver, and etc. in my diet..

my neck pains a lot and so does my back. my wrist and my finger also pain.
