Doese anyone eat a certain thing on their plate first and work to the next food on yor plate or do you eat it altogether (as in eating one food and then eating antoher different one after the first bite, ect.)?I usually eat one thing first before the otehr.Like if I have a burger and fries I will eat the fries first then the burger.I use to not do that but I guess it became a habit for me.

It's interesting that you have brought this up. It's a curious thing. My Son who is 12 has been eating one thing on his plate at a time since he was old enough to start mouthing his food on his own. If he has five differant food items he still will only eat one thing at a time. Same as when we go to a buffet, its always a vegatable course then a meat course then fruit then dessert, I have never seen anyone eat like that before.

With me it really depends on what's in front of me but for the most part I think I "rotate" a bite or two of one thing then a bit or two of another. There are times however when something is really really good that I will find I've eaten almost all of one thing and then remind myself I have other things to eat too.
