why do people(so called friends) at work place cheat on u..???????

The real friendship exists of course. But it surely won't appear on your work place. Because the benefit of you and your workmates is so different.

You have to be careful at work because sometimes to make it to the top you have to step on other people to get there. I am not one of those people, and I am weary of friends that I make at work. I do not try to make friends at work. I think I can find friends and friendship is still possible, but you are unlikely to find them easliy or in a place where there is competition for a high position for money or status.
