how much an E-4 make in the military after Taxes?

yes like the others say it all depends on how long you have been in and if you are married are not.. my husband us a e 5 and makes around 2400 a month after taxes.. bah where we are in california is 1500

Well, hubby is an E-5 and his base pay is like $2000 a month, I think. So as an E4 it should be within a couple hundred dollars of that. Are you in the military? You should be able to find your LES on defensepay. . .

It depends on how many years you have been in the service. My husband is a E-4 and has been in for 13 years. His basic pay before all the perks before taxes was 900. For you would be hard to see what yours would be since each state varies with it's taxes. You can also go to www.military.com and register. There you can find out the pay scale for your rank for your state. I hope this helps.
