Why did you Join MyLot?

Simple enough... why did you guys all join mylot? Are you here for the money? For the community? For help with your discussions or to give advice? Are you here to make money? (No shame if you are, thats why I joined) And what will you spend the money on?
I joined mylot because i wanted to make a little money to play for an online game. I like it a ton here, and the discussions are great, along with getting help with life and things, i can start a discussion and get tons of input! (Sometimes... =P) Now i think I'll use the money on ebay, since i don't have another pay pal thing, and this is a great way to help that.
I also enjoy reading discussions and finding out a lot of things, such as what other people aree going through and trying to help them.
So why did you all join mylot? What do you like most about it?

to be honest my only reason of joining mylot is money as of now..i need money and i want 2 try it out..

i certainly joined for the money but now its the friends i have and the conversations i have got into, i love it and the money certainly isnt enough to keep us here lol

I came here for the money and I have no shame in it. I'm not working for the first time because my husband is in Iraq and I wanted to find a way to gather some emergency gas money just in case. People seem to have a lot of shame admitting that they were originally drawn here for the money. If they were financially set, they would be out somewhere having fun or doing something with their family. Hell, I'd be in the snow somewhere learning how to snowboard or in pre-med classes. :)

To make money without an iota of doubt. But its not that easy to earn money in mylot or anywhere else to that matter.Next comes the chance or the opportunity to meet people like you,interact and to know about things not known to me and let others know from whatever i know.Though the prime motive is money,other advantages will make us addicts to Mylot.

yup the first time my friend told me about the site was you could start earning money while surfing the net writing blogs and sharing first it was about the money bt right now i enjoy reading stuff and answering or starting a thread when im down happy or anything out of the blue i just write

to be very true, initially i joined my lot for money, but as i am using it day by day, it am becoming addicted to it, i also felt that it is a great way to acquire knowledge, and moreover i think my writing skills are getting improved, i have some really good friends, so why not

Well, I heard of mylot from my senior sir. He told me that it gives money for the posts you do.
But when i joined it, then I realize that it is giving me a money for the posts, but its a secondary option to me. Its helping me in increasing my typing speed and even making my English comprehension strong.
And it also providing many useful informations about internet and many more.
And I hope its a valid reason for why I had joined mylot.
Just preferably for knowledge and typing speed.

I think that internet is a really source of knowledge, and Mylot is one of this sources. It is real knowledge from real people. I think here yu can learn from the experiences of others. To make money I think this is not a good choice. Regards

i joined because i had been giving advice and answering questions on other sites for years for free and decided since i enjoyed it so much might as well keep doing it and get something out of it I admit it is not much we get paid butit beats the heck out of nothing!

I must admit at first I came here for the money. I have stayed because of the people. It is a wonderful avenue to interact with people who seem to have the same interests, problems, questions and answers that I have. In other words it has become just plain fun.

Well i have joined firstly Mylot because i wanted to earn some extra venue. After that i understood that making this money can be fun too and i started enjoying responding mylot and giving it some time. I am sure that mylot helps a lot of people. Good luck!

I dunno what mylot was until I joineed it. I was orkuting until someone sent a link saying it was just the same as Orkut. With the hope of making more friends and online stuff, I joined My Lot, later to find out that you can also earn on this. Well I thought it was cool. If I do the same thing on Orkut, why shouldn't I do it here. So that's why I joined My Lot...

i joined myLot for the reason that i want to earn money to be used as my school allowance. i stopped working to study nursing almost a year ago and it's been tough. nursing is an expensive course and my parents are not rich. this is my second course actually. i feel that i will have a good future if i become a nurse someday..
