Microsoft has a program called Microsoft Money, It is a great program to keep track of all your accounts. You have to enter all transactions to keep it up to date.
It has an account section that list all your accounts whether they be savings, checking, investments, etc.
It had a bills section so when you enter your bills, it tells you what bills are due and when.
It has an investing section that helps you to decide how you want to save and ideas as to where to save.
It has a budget section that lets you set a budget and it gives you a monthly account of the budget that lets you how well you followed the plan.
What I like most about this program, it lets you view different reports that tell you your spending and saving habits, and where your money is going, and spending vs. income.
I am sure there are many programs out there, but I like this on a lot. It is user friendly and it has links to different websites that also help a lot.

Thank you so much. I´ll try to get that program. Today I am managing my finance with a excel spreadsheet and it is useful, but perhaps it is not good enough regarding payments due in the future
