Hi there Friends of MyLot!
I have been trying to lose weight now for the past year, but it's like everytime i start a new diet or product, there seems to be another one advertised on the T.V that another one is beter! Please help me! I need to know whats working and whats not...

hi there for me weight loos is not that big of a deal, i choese to excerise three times a week and try to eat haelthy foods, but not everything works. Self motivation is the best key to losing weight. If you can keep pushing your self to go just a little more, well then you are acheving step one.. Good luck and keep on try, don't give up. :

I just think it's much easier to lose weight if you had a dedicated parted to work with you, and also the more you talk about it, the more you want to achieve it!

I have found it best to not diet at all but eat whatever you want in smaller portions insted of using a big plate use a smaller plate therefore you will be eating smaller portions also do atleast 15 minutes of exercise daily.

I would suggest you make some changes in life style for weight loss. First believe yourself that you are going to loose weight. Next try to add as much fruits juices and fruits salads in your food. Fruits are good for health and also helps in metabolism. Fruits salads are very tasty and helps to decrease the intake of snacks. Try to take ginger lemon instead of cola drinks and pops. Also, add green freshy vegetables to the diet and also add vegetable salads. Try to do dancing, cycling, or walking. Climbing stairs helps to burn more fat. I think walking and cycling are good exercise and dancing is a form of aerobic exercise, which helps to sweat the body and burn more fat. Drink lots of water. Water helps to remove the waste from the body.
