Acces or mysql?

It depends as already written.
however I go well with mysql and php. It's a good couple.
The only hing is that I don't have a mine Mysql, but is managed by my provider. I found to difficoult to manage it by myself. I don't have time to learn also the manage of mysql

but acces is a language for data bases or only progrma to managent?

It depends...if you want DBMS middle ware services ..go for MySql or if you only want a databae..for a light-weight application go for Access..beccause it does not provide Server base transaction, security and other middle ware services
