sign up and get paid....free!!! does any one have any good programs?

Really interested in the BEST 'Reward' types of programs, that pay you $5+ just to sign up and pay $5+ for referrals too. Anyone that has a good recommendation with PROOF that they have been paid, then I would very much like ot hear from you. Thanks.

Inbox dollars is great. I just recieved a check for over $52!! They pay for you to sign up, they pay $5.oo for each referral! They pay you to do surveys and sign up for things that are free!!! Yes, I've heard lots about this program, but unfortunately for me they only accept USA residents. I live in Europe... Thanks anyway for the link. Jason.
