why do women tell lies about their age?

In the United States, there is a lot of emphasis put on being young. Many men seem interested only in young women so a lot of women lie about their age so they can appear to be younger. They are afraid that if people knew their true age, they would relegate them to an age that is no longer desirable. That is sad, but true.

Funny..real funny....Most women are so adept at lying about everything else , it comes natural to them....Most think that to get ahead they have to embelish the truth and to them, its totally acceptable...especially if they tell some "hot" guy they are younger than they actually are.."No one wants an old crone...." What is one more little white lie...yeah right...like OJ was just telling white lies too..!!!

Beauty is closely related with age. Women used to believe that to be young is beautiful and attractive. Generally men like young and beautiful women. These encourage women to conceal their real age.
