Technology today is developing very rapidly and it is real tough to learn everything new and stay up to date with every new emerging technology. I plan to change my job soon - am a developer and am into JAVA and Linux.. developing a network management system... am looking for a similar job.. What are the new technologies I need to learn and what are the old stuff that I need to refresh?? I currently have 3 years of experience.
