You can register yourself any way to paypal even if you do not have a credit card: you go on the paypal site and follow the recording procedure mail where the check of your account will take place showing yours: without credit card you will be a not verified user but you will be able to receive your payments

Also, if you have a bank account you can use that instead of a credit card. That way you can move the money in or out of paypal. I do that too since visa and mastercard won't let you move money from paypal to the card.

You have only to confirm your email adress. You dont need a credit card. You can withdraw your money with a person that buy your e-currency. Try search in forums and this person will buy your money in paypal and will deposit in your bank account.
