Including both daughter and her husband?

My mom likes to send out greeting cards to me and my three sisters for holidays (easter, valentine's, etc). Sometimes she will even include a small gift certificate or check "to buy something fun" I much appreciate it. However, I have been married for seven years, and am the only one of my sisters that is married. Well, the problem is that she only addresses the card and gift to me and honestly it hurts my husband's feelings. He feels slighted and intentionally ignored. Not that he wants an additional card, just that he would like his name on the envelope too. To be fair, his family always addresses things to both of us except at birthdays. It seems trivial but it is a big issue. I've mentioned it to my mom and she just brushes me off, but I almost dread getting these cards now! And - at christmas his family buys equal things for each of us, but my mom usually just buys me gifts and gets my husband one or two token gifts to open.
