Todays life is so busy that no one gets the time to think about his health. where as in olden days people use to go for long morning walks to keep them selves fit for their daily works and to lead healthy life.Today doing exercise has become proffessional.I mean to say that only professional sports person does exercise now a days. so we have to make a point to do exercise daily for atleast 30minutes to keep our selves fit.

You have rightly said that doing exercise daily helps keeping ourselves fit.Nowadays no one except the professionsal sports persons and a few exceptional people exercise daily.Daily excercise and a healthy diet really helps one stay fit.
