Any bets on Meredith's survival?

They have dragged on Meredith's death for two episodes now, so naturally everyone wants to know if she's going to make it through this. Personally I think that it would be a mistake to take her off the show, but having her survive after staying under cold water for that long isn't really realistic either. Any thoughts on this?

I think it is all about ratings. They are in such competition with CSI Vegas. It seems both shows have gone to extremes to keep their viewers watching. I bet she will be touch and go for a bit to keep viewers on the edge of their seats and then she'll come out of it. Just a guess.

I hope she comes out of it, the show just wouldn't be the same without her.

I know that she will not die. I have a spoilers site where it tells me a lot of stuff. I can tell you that another character who doesnt really appear on every single show will be dying though. But yeah Meredith will be ok.

I THINK she'll come back. We don't know exactly how long she was under, and perhaps the cold helped. I'm just hoping that she does, and won't be just a narrator from now on.
