dumb and dumber

Manny is my brother's associate. So I call them Manny Moe and Curly Joe. They laugh when I call them that. But I call them those names because of their life styles.
Manny, by profession is an anesthesiologist and by brother is a crack head.
They met when my brother was a patient in a hospital. So when Manny learned that my brother was addicted to crack he asked my brother to hook him up.
So Manny would drive to my brother's house and pick him up to take him around the corner to purchase drugs then Manny would return to work and also he'd tip my brother for his help.
So that's why I call them Manny Moe and Curly Joe. Sad.

There are three blondes washed up on an island. Suddenly a fairy appears and offers to grant each one of them one wish.
The first blonde asks to be intelligent. Instantly, she is turned into a brown haired woman and she swims off the island.
The next one asks to be even more intelligent than the previous one, so instantly she is turned into a ravishing redhead. The redhead builds a boat and sails off the island.
The third blonde asks to become even more intelligent than the previous two. The fairy turns her into a man, and he walks across the bridge.
