New IITs are in plan of Indian government....what 'll be the result

With terrific growth in population and lots of students coming out of general collegiate education, there is a greater need for opening more and more IITs in each and every state, so that many people who are going abroad can be stopped. The intake should be on quality of students rather than reservation policy. The number of Indian students going abroad for higher studies is increasing enormously. So more IITs should be established.
