New IITs are in plan of Indian government....what 'll be the result

Hey what do you think about this plan will it affect the performance and reputation of IITs if yes in what sense + or -.......

In India there are many IITs in different places but all IITs are not on the Top. I think by openning new IITs will not effect the performance & reputation. But all the facility should be state-of-art like Faculty, Labs, Hostel etc.
