no he can't see the future but he can flit back and forth through time so there are some things he has experienced already and there fore knows what is going to happen!!

It certainly appears that he can. I think the question really is, has he always been able to? Perhaps, just didn't really know it before. Or perhaps his ability was there but wasn't really "hightened" until the hatch explosion. It'll be intereting to see how that unfolds.
