Anyone want to retire or have a business in the Philippines?

I'm a single mom of 3 and barely surviving here in the Philippines. I recently won a trip to a small town in the Philippines where they have a little bit of tourism going on. I fell in love with the place, quiet, fresh air, near the ocean and talking to the locals I found out that the town is pretty cheap to buy land in. There are a lot of foreigners in this town who come and stay in little cottages and I have thought of a business. I need a financier though. I am willing to relocate to this place and take care of the business if I get a fair share of the earnings. I do not have money though but I am a hard worker so I think it can work out. I need a lifelong business I can take care of and make money from so I can support my 3 kids. Anyone interested please email me at marie.tenorio@gmail.com
Ofcourse we'll have to go through all the legalities. I think non-filipino citizens can't own land here 100%, but maybe 40/60... I won't run off though because I really need this opportunity. So let's talk and see what we can do. Thanks for reading.

I am confused since on your profile it is Sparks Nevada and you state you are in the Phillipines. Where are you. I sometimes makes a difference in the type of response.
Be careful of anyone that contacts you since there are too many thieves out and about. Not sure what a lifelong business will be however I do wish you luck in finding it. Also if it is pretty cheap it is for a reason and have to wonder what type of clientele will be about to buy anything. Good luck and keep us posted.
