New research development and scientific break throughs in the 21st century is obvious the best side, but there are bad effects as well. Some children in this next generation are being spoilt, disrespectful, taking everything for granted. When we were younger we could always find something to do to keep us company but children now have ipods, computers, tvs, ps2s and they still are bored So obviously thats the bad effects

Each has had a substantial impact in it's own right. No need to dispute which is more relevant. Both digital and medical technology has changed our lives in both good and bad ways. With each new innovation, it is only inevitable that new issues will come up that will see it in a negative light. All in all, any progress toward better living is good progress.

I think that the best technology is the computer. Nowadays, you could do anything with it. If you really wanted to, you could stay at home and bomb a place on the other side of the world, using the computer.
But, some techonology has made us lazy, we never do as much sports as people did before comeputer and the internet was invented.

The digital age is upon us and we are now able to communicate in ways we never thought possible. We have instant access to anything and everything imaginable. It almost seems that we now have more information than we know what to do with. We are now a truly global society despite language and cultural differences. The internet, digital technology, computers.....all have created a revolution in the way we perform everyday activities.

Its electricity...since everything started with it...and all technologies are useless without it...imagine taking out all the electricity in the world now..and we would all go back to medieval era...no appliances, no computer, no TV, no communication, no transportation, no food, no advancement in medicine...etc etc.. it would be a dark world indeed.
