Yes, I have one, and so does my husband. They are so convenient, and it's safer to travel with one. I don't mean talking while driving, but in case of an emergency. I remember once years ago my sister-in-law was driving alone back to North Dakota. All of the electrical systems in her car messed up. She couldn't drive, she couldn't open her automatic doors, and she couldn't open a window. She sat by the side of the road for quite some time before someone stopped and asked if she needed help. She said it was so frustrating to wave out her window at people only to have them just wave back.
