I think its OSAMA BIN LADEN . Really after Twin Tower's accident , everyone know him. I think Saddam is equally know to d world, but more votes will b recd by Laden.

Thee both done very despicable things and I personally hate evry one of them and their colleagues. I think bin ladan has more influence to the world because of the cruel terror strikes that he made.
