Wow!! I can do anything to get a piece of this besutiful delicacy. My mom makes it ocassionally, ans I also make it sometimes. I love the chicken baked in lots of butter, and love a hot and creamy dip with it. How many of you can't hold your saliva, when you get to see Roasted Chicken?

I also love roasted chicken! I most love it with mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. It is so yummy! The chicken you described with butter and dip sounds wonderful also! Now I am thinking of going out to get some chicken later! hehe
