MyLot discussions opened me to a lot of money earning opportunities online. I have clicked to some websites the other MyLot users are promoting. I am allergic to sites that ask me money, so I am very careful before signing up. One website got me when during registration it led me to one page to another for steps 1 to 3. I can smell no "investment" for the first two steps but when I reached the third step...your guess is as good as mine, so I clicked the close button faster than i can say 'holy **it'

I am a skeptic. :) I wouldnt invest in a website that ask for money before making me earn. I would rather check the site first to make sure that it is not a scam. I'll talk to friends who have joined first and if they prove it to me that they have really received payment.. then i will join. Lol.

No not at all!
Most of such sites are scam.Ihave experinced and lost my money. Instead there are some sites which are free ot join and pay reliably. e.g. Ciao-surveys.com, bgpaymail.com,worldwide-cash.net.

Let's look at it this way.
There are two kinds of investing. Good investing, and bad investing.
Good investing is something like Wall Street, the stock market, Forex, options, etc.
Bad investing is like panhandling such as get-rich-quick schemes, paying for anything to make money, identity theft, etc.
Remember this motto I have made up after hearing from others:
"If making money is for me, then it should be free. If it costs a fee, then a scam it must be."

I do surveys as my 4th/5th income stream ... I don't have the time it really needs.
I've got a list of some free ones to join if you want to give a few a go.
http://snipurl.com/1ak30
(I've used snip as the url was VERY long and I'd have had to type it!)
The survey companies that charge you - are just charging you for all the time they spent pulling all the information together into one handy spot.
So I'd say it was cheap. Most of them are half the price they were a year ago - and if you want to give surveys a go, then you don't want to spend weeks/months trying to find them all yourself. You'd be wasting time doing that!

Too bad paid surveys are mostly available only in the U.S., Canada and Australia. I would have enjoyed doing these.

yes, don't make any payment for those programs on the internet, especially the one that says "Work at Home" by filling forms, but you have to make an initial payment of som money that usually are quite large, about $40 to above. But it's different if you're making money in the stock market or forex through the internet, this way you must invest your money.

Yes I know, I've seen a lot of WAH jobs. I am particular about data entry because it is something that one can do at home especially if you type fast. The website will whet your appetite on how much you can get from doing the work and then the bottom page will ask you to pay a certain amount to SELL you ONLY a LIST of the companies that could give you data entry work without the guarantee that these companies will give you projects.

That's sad, I just hope that you learned a lesson there. The best way to get back is to name the websites, so you could help others not to fall in the same trap. Or, others who have profited from it could stand up and tell you what has gone wrong.

I have never paid money for a money earning opportunity as I think most of these are scams. I'm sure there must be some out there that are legitimate, however I would actually have to see a paycheck from someone in "real" life before I would invest any of my own money. I'm much more content to sit back and make a few cents here and there (and have fun doing it) then taking a risk and possibly losing my hard earned money.

Never pay for one of these sites because if you read their disclaimers it will tell you that the people they tell you about, who have made lots of money, are not typical, and that usually you wont even make back your entry fee....that is how THEY make money not YOU.....if your online trying to make money then you need to find a way to fulfill a good or service otherwise just surfing around isn't going to work, you'll make like 10 bucks for 25 hours of work......

I'm willing to pay or put my money when there is a guarantee to get my money back or double the money I invest or triple it, or whatsoever. So, when they don't keep their guarantee words, I could sue them. After all, I put my money to register/ sign up. The least they can do is, "I want my money back."
If/when there is no guarantee, I wouldn't even bother to sign up. That's just bluntly saying,"Please, willingly give your money to me, I'll be happy, but as for you, who cares!"In short, it's a scam!
Which site are you talking about here, my friend? I hope none of us would do it UNLESS .. willingly.

Just do not expect to much so that you will not be hurt.
For sites that promise you to earn, you need to be very vigilant and miticulous with what company you prefer to join. Most expecialy if these companies ask for a payment.
For a start, you may opt for free sites and later when you know more about exciting sites that allow you to earn more money then you may unleash your money power to earn.

I never have trusted any sites which ask for payment for joining. I dont think it is worth taking the risk, as i want to earn just for the sake of it and not as a profession. They are a lot of scam ones around so we have to be very careful.

I am with you. I don't trust sites asking for money and promising big return. Even somthing like reading emails is not making much money as the pay is so tiny per email. You can get money into your account and then they quit and you have worked for nothing. Lots of emailer do that but it is hard to know which ones. Scams are everywhere and we need to be careful.

Right, this is one site you won't be ashamed to refer to your friends. It's free and help you in a way by paying you for whatever is there you want to say. Nice. Though this site is not really for the money-hungry. LOL.

ya i knwo what u r talking about!! these sites are all scam, buddy!!
they will just take your money and humour u for a couple of days till u induce some more non-suspecting folks into their site and then just blow u off!!!

Not really all scams nishanity, we just need to research or find information about the credibility of the site in question. In my case, only then I think will I shell out money to sign up...(which I haven't done yet because I have yet to find one that can really guarantee a safe return of a little investment)
