yea that happens when u are kicked out of the team and then u beg and beg to come back ... the only reason they let u play is that u should perform ... so he had to perform u know ... thats his JOB his rotti ... if he aint playin ... he aint earnin ... no rotti ... if ur threatened that u will be kicked out of ur job if u wont work ur butt off ... ull get the feeling that sourav has .. PEACE !!!!

He seems to be a jolt to the modern cricket. Likes of him is really missing now a days. It seems he has made up his mind and just is showing his character. In both the matches he is playing like a mentor to the team. As I was reading through the responses, i found some one told that he plays for his rotti. look, in most of the cases, the Indian players earn so much that even they are out after playing as less as 20-25 matches then it is enough to live up to the Indian standard of living, apart from the other sources of income through out his rest of life for only being an indian cricketer. And for Sourav he has in real sense a price in Kolkata. So, he plays due to love to the game apart from the money factor. Kudos to this Great performer of the game.

No I think India will win this time around. I think this is the perfect chance for India to win the WC, because this time we are having well balanced squad with Experienced and Youth. India is having the strongest batting line up, likes of Sachin, Sourav, Dravid, Yuvraj, Dhoni, Sehwag etc, most of the players are in form and making valuable contributions for the team. India is having a strong team as compare to last WC squad, Now Inclusion of Dhoni, Pathan, sreesant, munaf, uttappa made India even more stronger. I think its a golden opertunity for the Indians to win the WC 2007 in West Indies Indian Batting mainly Depend on Sachin Tendulkar, He has a wonderful career so far, he made more runs than any one else in Odis and also tons, he can bowl seam up leg spin offspin, his bowling s an asset for INDIA, Sehwag, on his day he can belt any bowling line up he can bowl and he is a partnership breaker, Sourav, he has wonderful timing, after sachin he scored more runs for India, he can bowl and he is partnership breaker, Dravid is called THE WALL for his consistency, he is Mr dependable, Yuvraj is stylish left handed batsman, Dhoni a dangerous wicket keeper batsman, he can score 100 in 50 balls and also plays according to the situation. Indian bowling line up is also good, munaf is excellent with newball, ajit is great at reversing the ball. Zaheer is peak of his career, Irfan is young and brightful all rounder for India, Sreesant an aggressive wicket taking bowler, and not to mention about Harbhajan, he is class act, Anil Kumble a dangerous leg skidder rather than a spinner, he experience will benefit India in this WC. Biggest counter part AUS is struggling with injuries and lost their 6 out of 7 matches prior to the WC 2007 which includes a white wash in the hands of New Zealand, and loosing finals CB series finals to England 2-0.

yeah...he has improved a lot i guess(not for shore)...hw has worked very hard on his fitness n fielding...he is running very well...n should be fast in b/w de wicketz...he is same will running in b/w de wicketz.......i am waiting for him 2 complete his come bak century...he needz 2 score a big score...v can't be sure tht he is playing well...de real test is in wi...where de trackz r slow n its difficult 2 hit de ball...as de ball comes on slow.....still not he gav 100% n i wish him all de best

SOurav has been performing consistently and he is the man of the series too.He is been playing very well since his comeback.All the players has to learn a lot from him.Saurav has to be made the Indian team captain again because under his leadership the team will perform better.He's been always a good player and a good leader.He's a very good player.
