for 1 yr & 9 months, i have experienced to live in malabon where flood is just normal to people of malabon every time typhoon months are in. i don't know why the mayor doesn't do anything about it? it was my 1st time to experience even inside the house, it was flooded. it took 3-4 days to subside the flood. at present i'm here in marikina. when it rains hard, flood is present but not in the house. only in the street but it subsides faster than in malabon.

Geographically, malabon is almost a flat land situated near the manila bay. This means that any voluminous amount of rain that pours into the town may sufficiently flood it. Whenever there is a typhoon that hit manila, malabon is one of the places that is full of water because the rain water has filled it in and the water can not easily escape because manila bay has the same water level as to the other places. But, anyway life in malabon is still exciting as do with other places in manila.
