How to get rid of cabin fever in the winter?

We've been inside with very cold weather for awhile now. Besides taking a vacation, what can we do to beat the winter blues? We have been to the malls, to the libraries with the kids, and even museums. Does anyone have any different ideas to beat the cold weather blues. I have actually heard of the indoor water park in New York. That does sound very cool!
