Business v/s job

i think if one is confident of his idea and capable of doing it then he must go for it and should stick to it.so buisiness is good for that person.
And how many you think that doing business is better than doing job.

i think both have both way of life .In bussiness ther is no bose ,but in job there one bose who always control us. but risk is more in bussiness than in job. job is a permanent payment but bussiness need be more careful for permanent payment.
