at work, we use Qlock to keep track of the time zones in different countries. we need this because we deal with clients from all over the world. there's a freeware version of the software and you can download it here:
http://www.qlock.com/
it's easy to use and i hope it serves your purpose :D

hi, you can go to [time and date.com] in this one u just enter the city name and it'll give u the time and other stuff as well. Also inside the [time and date.com] there's something called [The World Clock] where a table is posted with time zones for many cities and countries in the world.

not a bad idea..though my eyes would go msquare lol..there are only so many hours i can do on mylot..though it was three thirty est and i was on the laptop again cos we both couldn't sleep and my hubby was watching cnn..
