I work in customer service for an insurance company. Some of the agents are so arrogant. They call us to do the work for them. We are there to help the agents not do their work so they can go play golf. They talk like they know it all. Our customers complain all of the time that the agents never listen to them when they have a problem, they just try to sell them more insurance. It is very annoying. I love to hate insurance agents just as much as I love to hate people who are car salesmen.
