Online jobs are very few. We have all been burned with a lot of lies.
These are legit companies were you can inquire. They do not charge, except for background checks. They have major clients that agents answer phone calls for.
Liveops.com (not open to contract in some states)
Working solutions (workingsol.com)
Alpineaccess.com (location specific)
ACD Direct (Acddirect.com)
VIP Desk (vipdesk.com)
Arise.com (Agent has to be incorporated and they have monthly fees when you contract with a client)

Do you work for ACD Direct? If so, what kind of questions do they ask during the interview? Will it be a live person or a recorded question?

I don't understand why any of them charge YOU. The companies they provide people to should pay the fees not the employee. At least that is the way it is done in the real world. I am suspicious of any site that asks for money unless you are buying something.

The only one that charges you a monthly fee when you have a client is Arise. However, I have worked with them off an on for about 5 years. They have very good clients and were probably the pioneer in legit working at home jobs. Now the others only charge for your own background check. Hopefully this company will change.
