What is the difference between Giff, Tiff and JPEG software for Graphics files?

the grapich is different to quality and commpressed. the number one are .png .psd. jpeg . gif.they file is at ok quality and commpressed

It depends on how the files are compressed. Also, you can have animated gifs, while jpeg can only be still images. All different types give you different amounts of quality.
