Do you enjoy watching parrots? Where do you see parrots in cage or in trees?

My native place is north bihar in India. While travelling to my village by train I uses to see the parrots sitting on the wires of electricity besides the railway tracks. Where do you see parrots?

Dont you just love these intelligent birds! I dont actually have parrots at home, but have been to places where there has been parrots. Tenerife we went to the Lorro Park where there is quite a few spiecies of these wonderful birds to be seen. These birds where kept in Averies, most where taken there as sadly unwanted pets, so having not experienced life in the wild, staff there took great care of these birds, and any chicks raised these would be kept seperate, then gradually introduced to the wild, so the work that they did for these birds I thought wonderful.
One of the other parks we went to the parrots was allowed to fly around the place free! infact it was fun as if you was trying to eat a picnic there was an occassion where one of these birds flew down to wait to be given something from your lunch lol. Haaa Such good fun that was! What fond memories.
