This may come as a surprise to some, but Yes, You can eat pizza even if you have diabetes. All you have to do is change the way you make it. As we all know the crust of the pizza is the part that diabetics can't (or should not) eat.
Here is one you can make and enjoy.
You use Tam-X-ico's Lo-Carb Wheat Tortillas*(only 5g of carbs)for the crust.
Spread a thin layer of butter on the bottom of the tortilla to make it crispy.
On top spread with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
Bake at 450 degrees until brown around edges.
Then enjoy.
If you have any recipes that are low in carbs please share them with me.
I am always looking for new and different recipes I can try.

I still eat the regular pizzas nowadays. Maybe because my blood glucose levels are still in the manageable levels yet. My doctor just warned me to not overeat but I could eat the regular foods in moderation. I guess I still could manage it at the moment. I hop my body could hold this thing back right now with the help of some medication. My blood glucose has remain within the normal range and has not gone up. All I did was to cut everything I ate to half or nothing.
