Trying to decide what to make for dinner tonight

Any one have any genius ideas? I do have a pound of ground turkey thawing and I have a well stocked pantry, so go crazy, folks!! lol! What are you making for dinner? Anything special, or are you just winging it?

Try make Fricacê do you know? ok... make rica bean and meat hehehe... or try to make a pizza. For dinner here We had strognoff and rice. very delicious. and cake after meal.

We had cake after dinner, too - a king cake! Mardi Gras is big here in St. Louis, so I at least had to enjoy a king cake for dessert this Saturday before Ash Wednesday!

My daughter makes some super yummy enchiladas using ground turkey. Even I was surprised at how good they were!

I am taking a rest from cooking to-day. I had a small snack earlier in the evening so I wasn't too hungry at dinner time. My husband has just returned from work, so I am now getting ready to go out to buy some traditional fish and chips. Mmm... Your turkey sounds delicious. I can almost smell it cooking from here and it is making me hungry.

Ohhh! I love fish and chips! Yum! I try to use ground turkey in most dishes that call for a ground meat. Trying to be a little healthier - not working too much, but every bit helps, right? ;)

We're having roast pork with potatoes and whole red onions roasted around the meat parsnips, brocoli and carrots Yummy We are following that with a nice strawberry champagne triffle Always like to do something special on a Sunday as its one time we get to eat together without dashing from one place to another! So we like to make a special dinner then Graham loves it too! Lynn-Marie
