Problems with disks?

Anyone have any problems with their disks from blockbuster.com? It doesn't happen to us all of the time, but it seems more frustrating when it does.
We've had disks that didn't work because they were damaged and recently we've had them put the wrong disks in the envelopes.
Overall, though, I'm really happy with the service. It's taking a bit longer to get our movies. I'm guessing it's because there are more people joining, but I'll take a day delay for the new exchange at the store program.

I haven't had any problems with our disks. Some of them are a little scratched up when we get them, but 99% of them play fine in our DVD player. We only get two mailed to us each month, and I usually exchange them at the store for an additional free rental, so I haven't really noticed the wait times; I usually haven't watched the store movie by the time I recieve the next one in the mail. Our movies ship from Richmond, VA, so maybe your problems are isolated to whatever hub you get yours mailed from?
I hope you have been reporting the problems on line, so that they can fix them and send you the correct movies.
