My favorite character is 'Harry Potter' is going to be whichever one is mentioned last in the last book because the placement of said character will mark the end of a mediocre series.

My favorite character is also Hermione, mainly because I feel like I have alot in common with Hermione, we are both stubborn know it alls. I too had trouble making friends and only have a few close friends, I have problems admitting when I am wrong too. Also I am the same age as Hermione, I am 17 days older than she is and also was a year older than 90% of my classmates, so I felt I had to work harder to prove myself.

I liked Dumbledore because he exudes a certain atmosphere of safety. Whenever he is around Harry, I feel like nothing bad is going to happen to him. This is why I was heartbroken with happened to him in Book 6. Im still hoping that there would be a twist in Book 7 that can revive Dumbledore. Not necessarily make him alive but he may come back in another form.
Let me just add that in the movie, I like the cahracter of Ron. He is just so funny. The actor (i forgot his name) plays the part very well. His face is hilarious most especially when he is scared.

My favorite is Hagrid. He just represents the gentle giant to me. He's so good natured and loyal to his friends. The fact that he loves animals is a big plus to me. Yes all the other characters are great and I like many of them but Hagrid always seemed to stick out to him. He's always there when they need him. Everyone needs a friend like that.

My favorite character is Hermione Granger, because she's a positive role model for modern young women and girls. Unlike most fictional females, she's not always waiting for man or boys to rescue her. As a writer, I aspire to create woman like Hermione in my writing. I don't know if I'll ever get there, but I'll have fun trying and get farther than if I'd never aimed at all, right?
