I was looking through a few of the healthy living sites and saw alot of people saying how wonderful this procedure was.
It seems very strange to me. Having water put up your bum and everything to be flushed out...but on the other hand I can see what benefits it really has.
Here have a look at the site:

Should I be brave and go for a session?
Has anyone got any knowledge of this subject?
Would you reccomend or give it a go yourself?

Is that just a fancy name for an enema? I know they used to be wildly popular in the US around the turn of century. Many spas would offer it as a high-priced therapy touted to cure a whole slew of illnesses.
Personally, I don't see the appeal.

Yes, I have heard of it. The basic procedure has been around for a long time. It's just being called a different name. The truth as to whether it is beneficial, I couldn't tell you. Some say it works wonders. Others say it's bunk.
I wouldn't have it done. It's just not my idea of a way to spend the afternoon. LOL! But, if you decide to do it, good luck.
