How well do you do at work?

At work, how much would you put efforts in doing your work? Are you willing to do overtime although your employer doesn't pay for your overtime? How well is your relationship with your boss and your colleagues? Can you make your boss and/or your colleagues as your friend(s)? Although you have a standard salary, but you know that you can do more than what they ask you to, would you do extra? Do you only do what they ask you to do, or do you do extra things to make sure that the job is done right?
