Who Else Uses Pay Per Click Search Engines

I have been using 2 engines. Rotator Master, And PPC appraisal. I havent used PPC in a while, but when I checked it today. I had earned $241.00 and cashed out. It was from Kili Gaga. Does anybody have any clue about the company?

My experience with PPC was not very good. Most (or should I say all !!) of them are fraud and its virtually waste of time and money to invest on them. It even includes big names, please...
