Do you think you're healthy? Why or why not?

I'd like to believe that I'm pretty healthy at 33. My weight is okay, I look younger than my age, I don't get tired easily, and I don't have any kind of major health concern to be worried about. Except from my knee joints that ache once in a while (from wearing heels I suspect!), overall, I feel fine. How about you? What's your health gauge?

Well, I'll admit it. I'm not very healthy. I have a few medical conditions, but in general, they don't get in my way.
I have thalassemia (a blood disorder), which does cause me to need more sleep than the average person. Not much more, it just means that it is a whole lot harder for me to function on the 4-5 hours of sleep I get at night. I almost always have to have a nap during the day when my son is also taking a nap.
I also have a curved spine. I did that one to myself. I dislocated my shoulder and didn't go to the doctor for it right away. By the time I went to the doctor, it had already pulled my back out of alignment. My back does hurt all the time, but it's manageable pain and I can still carry my 24 lb son and anything else that I need to. My doctor told me I would probably have to have surgery, but that I should wait until I'm done having kids since the pregnancy would most likely mess it up again anyway.
I don't really see myself as someone that is unhealthy, though. I eat right and take care of myself. There's not really much else I can do, so I just live with what I've got. It's not bad at all.

I admire the way that you accept and deal with your condition. A healthy mind and a positive outlook can do healing wonders too so be sure to equip yourself with it. One must make the most out of what he has, good or bad and work on what needs to be improved. I wish you good health today and in the years to come. my best regards to your lovely family :)

For my age I think I am in pretty good health. I try to eat well, I get exercise and over all I feel good. It wasn't until I hit my forties that I began to realize that things didn't work quite as well as they use too. I would wake up in the morning with a pain here or an ache there. It's a darn shame that the ignorance of our young comes back to haunt us as we grow older..lol

i say yes and no. yes because i'm not too heavy and i try to eat right. no because i need to excercise more and maybe lose a few pounds. i get tired easily but that's because i take medicine that makes you sleepy. other than that i am fine.

signs of weakness in the body normally start showing when you are forty years old.this is the minimum age mark.but for the pollution and poor life standards that exist these days we might as well consider thirty as the minimum age mark.lack of ailments is a sign of good health.but you can enhance the health factor by making your physique better through exercises.

I consider myself very healthy (and lucky). I have no major health problems, I'm just a little on the thin side, I don't stress out too much, I don't have any medications I have to take, and I rarely get sick. Once in a while I get a piched nerve in my lower back from carrying too much or wearing heels too long, but that is pretty much it.
