How much do u work out ??????

i work out for around 1 hr daily in weekdays and for about 2 hrs in weekends to keep myself fit n fine ..... how much do u work out,,,,,,, if u dont,,, then r u willing to start.... i can offer some good tips to work out at home .

I don't really work out that much..But I do have a very physical job. I work at UPS and so I am moving boxes for about 4 hours for 5 days a week. In the summer, it is a big workout. Lots of sweating and drinking water. I would go through 5 bottles of water in the time that I would be at work. I have also lost about 40 pounds since working there. Which is a very good thing.

i work out four times in a week.. just light exercise..some situps,little bit of stomach crunches,push ups ..thats all.

i have slacked of recently but i used to walk (fast) far at least 30 minutes a day. i use to do some muscle toning exercised also but have slacked on that too. i hate that i let myself get out of the habit, cause once you do its really hard to get started back. i would appreciate your tips. i plan to get back in my routine no matter what!

I try to workout as much as I can. I don't really count my roadwork/running a few miles as part of my workout. I practice boxing and wrestling so that is where most my workout comes from. I am soon to began some mma type of stuff.

no, i don't work out at all. i wanted to do so but when i start working out at home i only do it for a week then i stop because i feel lazy that is why i don't bother working out at the gym i know i will just waste my money. hehehehe
