Red Beans and Rice

Does anyone have a good recipe for red beans and rice? I used to go to a Spanish Bodega that had the best baked chicken (I don't know what they seasoned it with, but it was fantastic) and it came with red beans and rice. I love it. I have tried many different recipes and concoctions, but havent found one that I like. Suggestions? Thanks!
