is google adsense will pay me less then others

in my payment report there is only one click and 0.23$
but my friend who is in canada he told me that he got 1$
for one click or one thing that i have to tell you that i have better keyword against of my friends keyword,
my Q is i live in pakistan and my friend live in canada, and i am really confused about that whats going on,
why i paid from google adsense less then others.
