I'm sure some of you have heard about what happened to those supermodels in Brazil. How they became anorexic and died from it. One girl was 5" 9' and weighed 76 pounds. Why does society put it out there that you "MUST" be rail thin to become a supermodel. Why can't average women be models. I'm 5" 5', 150 pounds and I'm proud of my figure. I would definitely not want to be them. Let me know what you think.

I think you are skinny when you weight less than ideal for your height. I am only 5 ft not even an inch taller, and I used to weight 87 lbs before I moved here 5 yrs ago.
I guess cold temperature makes me eat more and now I weight 97 lbs. For someone 5 ft 9" tall, weighing 76 lbs is not recommendable. This means she was even skinnier than I 6 yrs ago and I am 9" shorter than her. I really don't think she even looked good in catwalk and how did she keep up with the busy tight schedule?? Much like Victoria Beckham now that's awful!

I agree with you 100%. Victoria Beckham looks horrible, although she's a fairly attractive woman, her body is so narrow.
