Boss from Hell

I've recently watched on DVD the movie The Devil Wears Prada. Miranda Priestley, Runway's editor-in-chief was featured as a very difficult employer, a real Boss from Hell. Although she is a fictitious character, I wonder if there are anybody out here that have stories of having worked for a really difficult boss.
If you have, I would love to hear you workplace horror stories.

Wow isnt that one great movie...I mena the performance by Meryll Streep is amazing....
Ya well i dont work but my mom keeps complaining that in her bank the manager is so lazy that he dumps his work also onto her and she gets really tired by the end of the day and he even shouts at her if she complains...she s even considering quitting the job...

First, I agree with you that The Devil Wears Prada was one good movie. Meryll Streep was an excellent choice to play Miranda Priestley. If you enjoyed the movie, maybe you should check out the book, too.
Second, your Mom must be having a difficult time at work. Her manager sounds like a difficult person to get along with. I wonder how people like that gets to a managerial position in the firstplace.
