Winter Squad Transfer Update / myLot

Hi...Has anybody installed the Winter Squad Transfer Update? I think I did it correct but when I start my game it still indicates that the Squads are as of 2006. Is that supposed to change to Jan 2007? Anyone know how to check if I patched correctly? And Ronaldo is still in Real Madrid. Im not sure if the patch includes his transfer though. Please help. How do I know if my squads are up to date after installing the patch.
